静默式安装ibm ihs 8.5 ,plugin8.5,WCT8.5 并修改ihs admin配置

已将 com.ibm.websphere.PLG.v85_8.5.0.20120501_1108 安装到 /opt/IBM/WebSphere/Plugins 目录。
