1      Informix安装

1.1 准备安装文件及环境

Informix.IIUG.IDS.10.00.UC5I1.LINUX-I32.tar

安装文件存放路径:/bank/informix/installpackage/UC5I1_install/

OS操作系统:Red Hat Linux AS 3(或Red Hat Linux AS4 update4)

Informix安装路径:/bank/informix

1.2 Informix安装

A.     使用root登录

B.     创建informix用户组

#groupadd informix

C.     创建informix用户并设置密码

#useradd –g informix –G informix –d /bank/informix informix

#passwd informix

Changing password for user informix.

New password:                   //输入informix

BAD PASSWORD: it is based on a dictionary word

Retype new password:            //再次输入informix

passwd: all authentication tokens updated successfully.

D.    使用informix用户解压安装包

$cd /bank/informix/installpackage/UC5I1_install/

$tar xvf Informix.IIUG.IDS.10.00.UC5I1.LINUX-I32_ins.tar

$ls

doc      IIF.jar        install_rpm   Message.rpm

Gls.rpm IIFServer.rpm installserver server.ini

E.     使用root用户执行安装程序

#cd /bank/informix/installpackage/UC5I1_install/

#./installserver

F.      安装提示信息,直接回车

1.3 Informix环境变量设置

A.      使用informix用户登录

B.      修改/bank/informix/.bash_profile文件,设置环境变量,添加以下内容:

D.     touch数据库空间文件,并注意修改为660模式

$cd ../tmp

$touch tmpdbs

$chmod 660 tmpdbs

E.      新建etc/sqlhosts文件,根据sqlhosts.std模板进行修改,内容如下:

cmsserver     onsoctcp LinuxAsima cms_svc

其中cms_svc需要在/etc/services中定义

1.4 Informix初始化

A.      使用informix登录

B.      执行onmonitor

$onmonitor

Dynamic Server:   Status Parameters Dbspaces Mode Force-Ckpt …

Status menu to view Dynamic Server.

C.     选择Parameters,再选择Initialize执行初始化,默认读取的就是上一节中的onconfig.cmsserver中的配置,可以一直按ESC继续

其中在Non PDQ Query Memory处修改为空

D.     确认安装,输入y

E.      等到处理完毕,直接回车

F.       安装完成,执行oninit测试是否成功启动,执行onmode –ky是否成功关闭

G.    可以在$INFORMIXDIR/log/online.log中看到启动关闭日志
