To stop the WAS Liberty profile server, do the following:
Navigate to the <Install Location>/wui/bin directory.
Run either of the following command options, based on your operating system:
On Unix systems, issue the command:
./server stop txserver
For Windows systems, issue the command:
server.bat stop txserver
二、重启CICS管理控制台：
To start the WAS Liberty profile server, do the following:
Navigate to the <Install Location>/wui/bin directory.
Run either of the following command options, based on your operating system:
On Unix systems, issue the command:
./server start txserver
For Windows systems, issue the command:
server.bat start txserver
The WAS Liberty server is configured only for HTTPS by default, and it uses port 9443. If you encounter any conflict with existing applications using the default port, you can change it by editing server.xml file in <Install Location>/wui/usr/servers/txserver directory as shown, and by then restarting the server.

三、查看CICS管理台状态：
To find status of the WAS Liberty profile server, do the following:
Navigate to the <Install Location>/wui/bin directory.
Run either of the following command options, based on your operating system:
On Unix systems, issue the command:
./server status txserver
On Windows systems, issue the command:
server.bat status txserver

四、Login到CICS管理控制台：
To access the IBM TXSeries Administration Console, complete the following steps:
Ensure that your user ID is a member of the cics group on the system where TXSeries™ is installed.
Enter the URL:
For the default port (for example, 9443):
https://hostname:9443/txseries/admin
Enter your user name and password. This displays the IBM TXSeries Administration Console.
Note
If the IBM TXSeries Administration Console does not start automatically, you must stop and restart the WAS Liberty profile server manually.
SARPCD is started and maintained as an operating system service from TXSeries for Multiplatforms V9.1 onwards.
You can use the following commands, based on your operating system, to manage the SARPCD:
On AIX
cicsepm {start | stop | restart}
On Linux
service cicsepm { start | stop | restart }
